Reservations ~ Services are available by appointment only. You may contact each therapist on their direct line or contact SI to help direct you.
Arrival Time ~ Our team tries very hard to stay on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your full service time and/or you may be asked to reschedule.
Cancellations ~ We understand that things happen unexpectedly from time to time and do try to respect that. In return we expect you to respect our time and try to give us a 24 hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment. No shows will be charged the full amount of their service.
Cell Phone & Pagers ~ Out of consideration for other guests, please mute pagers and cell phones. If you must take a call, please step outside to insure a peaceful experience for other guests.
Gift Certificates ~ Skin Indulgence gift certificates may be redeemed for services or retail products. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates and there are no refunds. You may purchase gift certificates from individual therapists for specialty services.
Prices ~ All prices are subject to change.
Payment ~ We accept Visa, Master Card, cash and checks with a picture ID. There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
Group Parties ~ All group parties (5 or more) will be required to hold their appointments with a credit card deposit of 50% of the total of the group’s services and will have a 48 hour cancellation policy. In the case of a no-show, the entire 50% deposit will be charged to the credit card holding the appointments.
Children ~ We all love children but our facility is not child proof and we want to keep your children safe. We kindly ask that you make other arrangements during your relaxation time, unless your child (11yrs or younger) has an appointment with one of our therapists.
Suggestions & Comments ~ Learning is the key to our professional and personal growth; we welcome your suggestions and comments to help service you better. We encourage you to ask your therapist for a comment sheet to fill out and put into a special box for further review. We truly value your opinions; after all we are here for you!
